DTE Land Management is run by Jaydn Bennetts, whose connection to rural and environmental contracting goes back to family members working in the industry throughout his life. Growing up around this work gave him a genuine understanding of the land, the seasons and the challenges local landowners face, long before it became a business of his own.
In 2020, Jaydn completed a Bachelor of Outdoor and Environmental Studies. Alongside his studies, he worked across a wide range of projects, from small intricate jobs to large scale earthworks, including site cuts, foundation piers and footings, driveways, drainage and basement construction. The smaller, more intricate jobs often proved just as demanding as the larger projects, requiring precision and adaptability that shaped how he approaches every job today. That broad experience across both scale and complexity, combined with formal education, is what DTE Land Management is built on.
